- Apply inside or outside Australia.
- Must show funds to support stay + meet health & character checks.

- Attend meetings, seminars, or negotiations.

- No employment allowed.
For family reunions with sponsorship by an eligible relative.
- Sponsor must be an Australian citizen, PR, or eligible NZ citizen.
- A security bond may be required.
- Sponsor must have lived in Australia for at least 2 years.

General Visa Conditions
- Condition 8503: No further stay.
- Condition 8531: Must leave before visa expiry.
- Condition 8558: Maximum 12 months stay in 18 months.
